Standard self check-in is from 6 pm and check-out is by noon. With the relevant extras booked, check-in is from 4 pm or check-out is extended to 2 pm.

Is the hot tub completely private?
Yes. It is inside the suite and reserved exclusively for the two of you throughout your stay.
How is the suite prepared between stays?
One dedicated person prepares this apartment between stays, cleaning the entire suite and checking every detail. The hot tub is fully drained, cleaned and sanitised before being prepared for your arrival. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are replaced.
How does check-in work?
You receive access instructions before your stay and enter independently, with no reception desk or key collection.
Can we arrive earlier or leave later?
Yes. Early check-in gives access from 4 pm and late check-out lets you keep the suite until 2 pm. Once booked and confirmed, the time is guaranteed. These extras must be booked before 6 pm on the day before arrival; after that time they are unavailable.

How does the security deposit work?
The €800 security deposit is a card pre-authorisation, not a charge. The confirmation email contains the link used to complete it. The amount is held 48 hours before arrival and released 48 hours after departure, provided no damage is found.
