A dedicated member of staff prepares our single suite between stays, cleaning the apartment thoroughly and checking every detail. The hot tub is fully drained, cleaned and sanitised before being refilled for your arrival. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are replaced.

The 50 m² suite includes a private hot tub, king-size bed, lounge, fully equipped kitchen and three televisions, including a mirror TV opposite the hot tub. Linen, bathrobes and welcome products are also provided. See the full list and photographs on La Duchesse 1976.

The suite is fully private and located in a building in central Vernon. You share no relaxation area and check in independently. It is nevertheless a town-centre address with neighbours in the building.

Yes. Early check-in gives access to the suite from 4 pm, while late check-out lets you stay until 2 pm. Once the option is booked and confirmed, the time is guaranteed. These options must be booked before 6 pm on the day before arrival; after that time they are unavailable.

Yes, until midnight. Check-in is independent using the access code sent before your stay. Please tell Love Room Spa your expected arrival time in advance by phone or email.

Access information and instructions are sent before your stay. You enter using the self check-in system without visiting a reception desk.

Yes. Direct trains run from Paris Saint-Lazare to Vernon-Giverny on selected services, and the suite is a few minutes’ walk from the station. Plan your journey to Vernon or picture your romantic break near Paris.

No, the suite has no private car park. Public parking is available in central Vernon. See the driving and parking information and follow the local signs during your stay.

Breakfast and meals are not automatically included. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen and Vernon’s restaurants are nearby. On request, Love Room Spa can also put you in touch with a local provider for breakfast or a meal.

No. The suite is strictly non-smoking, pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited. The stay is for two adults and any disturbance to neighbours is prohibited.

To guarantee preparation, all extras must be booked before 6 pm on the day before arrival. From 6 pm that day, they can no longer be added online, whether the stay is paid directly or with a gift voucher. The night itself can still be booked without extras.

Once an extra has been confirmed, it is prepared before you enter according to the agreed arrangements. Feasibility depends on the chosen extra and the remaining notice.

A gift voucher bought online without a fixed stay date has a statutory 14-day cancellation period from purchase. Contact Love Room Spa before that deadline for the procedure. After the period expires, the voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded. If its code is used during those 14 days to book a stay, it is considered used and can no longer be refunded.
